Open any product, choose the quantity and tap Order Now. On the checkout page, enter your name, mobile number and full address, choose your delivery area and tap Confirm Order. It takes about one minute.
No. You can order as a guest with just your name, mobile number and address.
Our team calls or messages you to confirm the order, usually within a few hours during business hours (10 AM to 10 PM).
Yes, as long as the parcel has not been handed to the courier. Contact us as soon as possible with your name and mobile number.
Delivery
Usually 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka. See our shipping and exchange policy for details.
৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Yes. We deliver three piece sets to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
The courier will call you before delivery. If you miss the call, they usually try again the next working day.
Payment
Yes. Cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. You can check the product in front of the delivery person before you pay.
No. You pay only the product price shown on the website plus the delivery charge shown at checkout.
Exchange & returns
Yes. Request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed and have its original tags.
Return it to the delivery person right away, or contact us within 3 days with a photo. We will send the correct item and cover the delivery charges.
If an exchange is not possible, we refund the product price to your bKash, Nagad or bank account within 7 working days after we receive the item.
Products & sizing
Each product page clearly says whether the set is stitched (ready-made) or unstitched fabric. Check the description before ordering.
Measure your chest and compare it with our size guide. Choose a size about 2–4 inches larger than your bust for a comfortable fit.
We photograph every product in natural light. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Wash embroidered and printed pieces gently in cold water, separately for the first wash, and dry them in the shade to keep the colours bright.
