About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to every visit and every order on nokshipolli.com. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and shipping and exchange policy, which form part of these terms.
Placing and confirming orders
- You can order without creating an account. You only need your name, mobile number and delivery address.
- An order is confirmed only after our team calls or messages you to verify the details.
- We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot reach you to confirm. If you have paid in advance, the full amount is refunded.
Prices and product information
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We photograph our own products in natural light and describe fabric, size and embroidery as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour can happen because of screen settings. Measurements in the size guide may vary by about ±1 inch.
Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery all over Bangladesh. If we add online payment methods such as bKash or Nagad, they will be shown at checkout together with any rules that apply.
Delivery, exchange and refunds
Delivery times, delivery charges, exchanges and refunds are explained in detail in our shipping and exchange policy. In short, you can check your parcel before paying, and request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide a correct name, reachable mobile number and complete address.
- Receive the parcel or inform us in advance if you need to cancel. Repeatedly refusing confirmed parcels without a valid reason may prevent future cash on delivery orders.
- Do not misuse the website, submit false orders or try to interfere with its security.
Intellectual property
All photos, product descriptions, logos and design on this website belong to Nokshipolli. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for the products we sell as described on this website. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier network outages, but we will always help you resolve the issue.
Consumer rights and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to solve it quickly. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009. More information is available from the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Orders are governed by the terms that were in place when the order was placed.
